Nero 10 probleem file advrcntr5.dll

Hallo,

Ik hoop dat iemand me kan helpen met een klein probleempje.

Nadat ik Nero 10 heb verwijderd kreeg ik het volgende op mijn scherm

Ik heb vervolgens alles wat van Nero was in het register, Appdata en programma files verwijderd.(hoop ik)

Maar het blijft terug komen bij het opstarten.
Hoe kan ik dit verwijderen zodat het niet meer terug komt, alvast bedankt

download Ccleaner en verwijder via de tab "register" (na een back-up gemaakt te hebben v.d. te verwijderen sleutels) alle overtollige registry entries.
Mogelijk lost dat het probleem op.

Zou (vlgs. deze webpagina) ook moeten werken voor Nero 10.

Ik heb die tool geprobeerd maar hij kan niks vinden

Dan heeft die link gelogen, en gaat de tool niet verder dan versie 9.

zoek de dll file via google en ja ...dan weet ik het niet verder.

Dit is geen echt vriendelijke site he?

Probeer de volgende instructie:

Proceed by installing 7zip on your computer. (Please read the legal disclaimer at the end of this e-mail.) After the program has been installed on your computer proceed by unpacking the archive. Right-click the file and select ->7zip ->extract here. Once the file is completely extracted, go into the extracted folder. The installation of the tool must be started with administrator rights (right mouse click on the file, select "run as administrator"). The tool will be automatically saved on your system at the path: C:\Program Files (x86)\Windows Installer Clean Up, where you can start the tool by double clicking MSICUU. Remove the Nero entry detected by the tool. Ik heb die stappen daarboven uitgevoerd
maar het heeft niet gewerkt

Dan met autoruns zoeken naar die dll-naam en elke aanroep waar die voorkomt uitvinken. Voer autoruns uit "Als Administrator".
