I noticed that some toner residue was on the electrical contact point on the right hand side of the cartridge (you will see a copper contact point just inside where the drum makes contact with the right hand side panel inside the printer). I took an old toothbrush and brushed out the toner from that small hole on the side of the cartridge and also brushed the point of contact (inside right hand side of printer) that butts up into the cartridge and turns the drum.ie the copper contact sits just inside the drum. VOILA!!! No more errors and the printer kicked into motion - did the calibration and is now working perfectly again.
