Hello,
First I want you to completely stop all background programs from loading. Go to the start menu and select Run. Type in msconfig and press enter. Go to the startup tab. Uncheck everything there. You can also go to the Services tab and check "Hide All Microsoft Services". Now click the Disable All button. Now close and restart your system. After that I want you to go to start->settings->control panel. Double-click on Administrative tools. Now double-click on the services icon. In the list of services find the following:
Background Intelligent Transfer Service
Desktop Window Manager Session Manager
HP CUE DeviceDiscovery-service
hpqcxs08
Tablet PC Input Service
Task Scheduler
UPnP Device Host
Windows Defender
Windows Firewall
Windows Update
Right-click on each one of these services and select stop. Now close all windows and try the game. Let us know how this turns out!

Hello,
You would have to contact your drive manufacturer to see which firmware upgrade is appropriate for the drive.

Hello,
Ok. Then it is likely that you will need to update the firmware on your DVD drive. Your DVD drive may be having dificulties reading dual-layer discs.

Is it possible for you to try the game disc on any other computer with a DVD rom drive to see if the disc can be read? if so, try the game disc on any other machine and let me know what happens....

Hello,
Send us a copy of your system information. Go to Start->Programs->Accessories->System Tools->System Information. This will bring up the system information tool. Go to the top menu and select file->Save. This will save a file with all of your system information. Save it to your desktop. You can name it sysinfo.nfo. Attach this file to the support incident.

Hello,
Your page file is rather large. I want you to shut down some applications running in the background. To do this please do the following:
1) Go to start -> run
2) Type msconfig, hit ok
3) Go to the startup tab
4) Everything checked in here is a program that starts when windows does. None of these should be necessary for Windows to operate. Please take note which ones are checked (for your records later).
5) Uncheck everything
6) Click on the Services tab
7) Make sure the box at the bottom next to "Hide all Microsoft services" is checked
8) Uncheck everything in this list as well
9) Hit ok, reboot as prompted (if you receive a popup window concerning using your systems selective startup when your system finishes rebooted please click the option for "Do not show this window in the future").
You might need to update the firmware for your motherboard.

Also, check with your drive manufacturer for the latest firmware updates for your drive.
dit alles heb ik gedaan en het helpt niet..
