probleem

Error: "Norton AntiVirus has encountered an internal program error" (4002,517) after installing Norton AntiVirus 2004


hoe kom ik hier vanaf heb alles wat op die pagina staat geprobeerd , helaas zonder resultaat.......

probleem is begonnen toen ik mijn harde schijven heb gedefragmateerd ( staan op fat32)

Al helemaal verwijderd met RNAV.EXE en opnieuw erop gezet?

Dat wist ik nog niet. Weer wat geleerd. Dan moet hij hem maar eens helemaal verwijderen en ook zijn register opschonen. Wellicht dat saldos het weet......

Misschien kun je hier iets mee?

helaas ik heb alles geprobeerd maar lukt nog steeds niet volgens mij heb ik een ander probleem zal het proberen uit te zoeken en dan vraag ik het weer .

ja maar het probleem blijft heb live update tig keer uitgevoerd maar hij geeft mij ook een fout aan

Heb je Norton al verwijderd en opnieuw geinstalleerd?

heb weer alles eraf gegooid en opnieuw geinstalleerd maar helaas de foutmelding blijft ????????????????

ok, ga naar start-configuratiescherm-software en verwijder dan liveupdate.
Installeer liveupdate daarna weer opnieuw vanaf hier:

ftp://ftp.symantec.com/public/english_us_canada/liveupdate/updates/lusetup.exe

Restart de pc daarna en kijk of dat je probleem oplost. Zo niet lees dan dit en misschien helpt dit om je probleem op te lossen:

helaas het eerste lukte .
bij het tweede kreeg ik icon van lifeupdate niet geopend .......

Doe anders de cd van Norton erin en daar zul je ook lusetup of lusetup.exe vinden en die kun je dan installeren.

helaas helaas hij doet het nog steeds niet .

Het probleem schijnt bij Symantec te zitten en niet bij jou. Veel mensen hebben op dit ogenblik hetzelfde probleem net als jij. Dus het ligt niet aan jou.

Dus het is nu gewoon even afwachten totdat Symantec een nieuwe updates heeft.

Ik hoorde net van iemand dat hij via Norton Antivirus - instellingen - alles op standaard zetten, het probleem had opgelost. Bij mij werkt dat vooralsnog (nog) niet. Misschien wel bij anderen?

Ik raad aan op de virus definities te installeren zonder alle Norton updates totdat Symantec zijn updates weer in orde heeft.
