Probleem bij downloaden van de trial van adobe after effects

Ik probeer al enkele keren de trialversie van adobe after effects cs5 te dowloaden, maar dan komt er een melding op (zie afbeelding), ik heb de adobe downloader opnieuw geopend, het opnieuw proberen installeren... Ik heb ook mijn pc al opnieuw opgestartmaar nog steed lukt het niet...
Ik heb nog nooit eerder deze trial gebruikt, dus het kan ook niet zijn omdat ik deze al een keer gebruikt he, wel heb ik de trial van photoshop cs5 al gedownload, maar ik zou het raar vvinden als het daar iets mee te maken heeft...
Kan iemand me helpen?

1.Clear your browser's cookies. If you don't know how, see your browser's documentation for instructions.
2.Go back to the Adobe Downloads page for the product trial you are downloading and refresh it (Command+R or Ctrl+R).
3.Click the Download button again to launch the ADA.
4.If the download does not start, verify your network connection and try again.
5.If your network connection works normally and you still get an error message after a few attempts, delete the contents of the ADA Local Store folder (Windows) or the ADA Preferences and Cache (Mac OS):
•Windows XP: C:\Documents and Settings\[user]\Application Data\com.adobe.downloadassistant.AdobeDownloadAssistant\Local Store

•Windows 7 and Vista: C:\Users\[login]\AppData\Roaming\com.adobe.downloadassistant.AdobeDownloadAssistant\Local Store

•Mac OS: /[user name]/Library/Preferences/com.adobe.downloadassistant.AdobeDownloadAssistant and /[user name]/Library/Caches/com.adobe.downloadassistant.AdobeDownloadAssistant

Tip: On Mac OS Lion, press Option and click the Go menu to reveal the hidden user Library folder.
6.Launch the ADA and accept the license agreement.
7.Close the ADA and repeat steps 2 and 3.
8.If the issue is still unresolved, check to make sure all anti-virus and firewall software is temporarily disabled on your computer.
9.Close the ADA and repeat steps 2 and 3.

Het werkt nog steeds niet...

Als je win7 gebruikt kan je dit eens doen met Internet exporer 64 bit??
Wat ook misschien kan is dat je defence+/ anti spyware of zoiets wat je antivirus/security pakket gebruikt je dwarsboomt. Deze dan alleen uitschakelen tijdens downloaden en na installatie niet vergeten weer aan te zettten!!
