Heb dit aan de hand gehad met 'n pc van een kennis en vond toen dit en het werkte!
Vul de zoekterm wmploc.dll bij zoeken in (alleen op C)en je hebt ze zó gevonden!

Werkt ook met SP3

You have deleted key system files from your machine. Restore the file
c:\windows\system32\wmploc.dll by copying it from
c:\windows\system32\dllcache (or from your XP CD) and then you should be
able to move forward again.
