Nee, de bestanden bestaan niet, zoals ik al eerder schreef, ik kan ze toch niet terug vinden.
Ik heb het txt bestandje aangemaakt en naar Strato upgeloaden. En nu?
 
In mijn cgi-data zit ook zo een .htaccess bestand met de volgende tekst :

<Files ~ "\.(tpl|sqlite)$">
order deny,allow
deny from all
</Files>

Ik weet niet wat dit is ????


Als ik die .htaccess upload dan komt mijn site niet meer tevoorschijn en krijg ik dit te zien :

Het bestand weer verwijderd en nu krijg ik mijn site weer te zien.
Ik weet niet of dit de bedoeling was?

Dan lijken het mij gewoon botjes die op je site staan te scannen. Probleem van de dag en daar doe je weinig aan.
Elke site heeft wel last van die scanners die staan te kijken of bepaalde bestanden bestaan.
Die logs zijn het probleem zo te zien NIET.

Verder zegt je error het volgende

Als je weet waar de log is (hint: https://www.strato.nl/faq/article/491/Logfiles-downloaden.html), dan weet je dus wat er mis gaat. Het kan een typfout zijn, maar misschien staat je hosting een bepaalde optie in .htaccess niet toe. De log geeft uitsluitsel.

Maar als het probleem is dat je bestanden maar half geupload worden (via FTP) dan zal een webserver log daar niks over kunnen zeggen.
Probeer eens een ander FTP-programma. Let er wel op dat je bestandoverdracht altijd op BINAIRY zet.

Maar laat anders eens wat voorbeelden van bestanden zien die half geüpload worden?

Zo ziet een pagina er aan de onderkant uit (niet allemaal) :

Terwijl het er zo zou moeten uitzien :

Dus een groot stuk tekst aan de onderkant ontbreekt.

Die log kan ik downloaden van Strato, moet ik deze kopiëren en plakken (is heel veel tekst) ???
 
Nog nooit zoveel tekst gehad :(

Ik heb even gekeken, maar Strato gebruikt blijkbaar geen .htaccess maar een php.ini die je aan kan maken.
Zet daarin:

error_reporting = E_ALL
display_errors = On
Dan staat foutafhandeling in PHP aan. Meld je website zelf dan nog errors?
Verder heb ik echt het idee dat je FTP-programma rare fratsen doet. Ziet iedereen die artifacts in je afbeeldingen, of alleen jij?
Geef anders even een linkje naar je site.

Op deze pagina is het plaatje bij "T'en vas pas" onderaan niet zichtbaar en als je op de link naar deze les klikt dan is de onderkant van de pagina er niet :(
De les eindigt bij punt 17, terwijl er nog meer punten zichtbaar zou moeten zijn.
Sorry voor de misschien domme vragen, maar heb nog niet eerder zulke bestanden moeten aanmaken dus ken er geen bal van :(

Niet zo heel lastig. Gewoon aanmaken op je PC, inhoud erinzetten en uploaden?
Als het lastig was had ik wel aangegeven hoe je dat deed ;). Je weet hoe je sites moet bouwen, je weet hoe je moet uplaoden, dus dan is een tekstbestand aanmaken ook niet zo 'rocket-science'. Misschien wordt het op dit moment even te veel, maar dan zou ik even rust nemen als ik jouw was.

Maar ik heb echt het vermoeden dat het uploaden vanaf je PC ergens mis gaat.
Update je FTP-programma / website-editor eens. Probeer eens een andere FTP-programma, zoals Total Commander. Of heb je een firewall draaien die buggy is?
Ooit in een ver verleden had ik ook regelmatig kapotte afbeeldingen en corrupte downloads. Een Nvidia Firewall bleek de oorzaak.

Ik ken beginselen om een site te maken, uploaden is niet moeilijk, gewoon verbinden en op het pijltje klikken (hihihi) maar die ini….
Dus gewoon een kladblok aanmaken, uploaden en dan ook weer aanpassen? Maar naar wat? .php.ini (betwijfel of er 2 punten moeten staan)
Hoe noem ik het kladblok? Is wel rocket -science voor mij hoor :)
 
php.ini, dat is alles, met één puntje ertussen.
Maar gezien je enkel HTML gebruikt, en geen PHP, lijkt me dit een overbodige actie, die je beter kan vergeten.
Richt je liever op je computer, want daar moet wel wat fout gaan, is mijn sterke vermoeden.
 
IK heb Total Commander eergisteren al gedownload, maar zou bij god niet weten hoe ik moet verbinden met Strato.
Ik krijg inderdaad 2 gescheiden schermen en dan heb je het gehad en houdt mijn kennis ook op. hihihihi.

Even een paar tellen Googlen op FTP Total Commander...

Uiteraard wel de juiste host en inloggegevens invoeren die Strato je gegeven heeft.

Na een succesvolle inlog heb je twee panelen links en rechts. En kan je dus bestanden over en weer slepen tussen de Strato-server en jouw eigen PC.

Computers zijn echt een fantastische uitvinding, maar er mag niks mis gaan :evil:
 
Eerlijk gezegd kan ik gewoon niet zeggen want er fout gaat als je niet verteld wat er gebeurt, en wat je nou exact doet.
Hoever ben je al met Total Commander?

Ben eerst bezig met ipswitch opnieuw te installeren.
Nu ben ik bezig met al mijn plaatjes aan het heruploaden.
Daarna ga ik alle htm bestanden heruploaden en ondertussen aan het strijken terwijl ik aan het wachten ben op de switch tot die klaar is :)
 
Hopelijk werkt dit wel.
