Acer eDataSecurity Probleem

Heb een probleem met Acer eDataSecurity ik kon mijn beveiligde bestanden niet openen het programma deed niets meer dus ik had het volledig verwijderd en opnieuw gedownload en geïnstaleerd.
Nu als ik probeer te decrypte krijg ik een venster waarin staat:
"Decryption application werkt niet meer er worden naar oplossingen gezocht" dan sluit het venster, ik heb het foutrapport gezocht en je vind het onderaan* ik weet niet of dat kan helpen ik zeg het er maar bij ik heb een Acer Aspire E571 met Vista Home Premium.

Had even gezocht voor jouw probleem:
Met een spel...was het opgelost. Het heeft niks met acer edata zelf te maken blijkt.

I am a Korean and I have been same problem but I solved it successfully.
I'm using VISTA 64 Ultimate-K(Korean) and I have Sacred2 CE edition.
Probably APPCRASH error occur at Windows VISTA.
Probably that's the county code & language problem.

[Soving Method]
Control Panel of VISTA -> Language & Country Option -> Country & language Keyboard & Language -> at that screen "Keyboard Change" click-> In standard screen, click the ADD icon. -> And then addthe keyboard option. (In My case, I checked to "Korean" in addition to "Microsoft Office IME 2007" in Korean section -> nearly finished ^^ -> In standard Input language button, Change Korean-Korean instead of Microsoft Office IME 2007 -> Apply- > Finished

AND then just click the button of SACRED2.
YOU CAN SEE THE FANTASTIC FIRST SREEN!!! HAHAHA

Probleem is opgelost het werkte na een tijd gewoon trug
