Ik denk ik zal maar eens een logje sturen, misschien dat daar wat uit te halen valt.

Het probleem is dat als ik langer verbinding heb gehad en dus op verschillende sites (incl. Kazaa) ben geweest, dat ik dan mijn verbinding niet kan afsluiten. Het programma reageert niet. Met altijd hetzelfde gevolg: mijn computer gaat dan ook niet meer vanzelf uit. Hij blijft dan hangen op: instellingen worden opgeslagen.

Tja, Kazaa gebruiken is dan ook dé manier om je pc de vernieling in te helpen. Verwijder Kazaa dus, anders kom je nooit uit de problemen. Er zijn uitstekende alternatieven die veel veiliger zijn (en nog beter ook).


1. Ga naar Configuratiescherm -> Software en probeer daar te verwijderen (indien aanwezig):
- Kazaa
- Altnet
- P2P Networking

2. Scan met HijackThis, vink de bovenstaande items (zie quote) aan, sluit alle vensters behalve HijackThis zelf en klik op "Fix checked".

3. Herstart de pc in veilige modus.
Mocht je niet weten hoe dat moet, kijk dan hier even: http://www.virushelp.nl/veilige_modus.htm

Zorg ervoor dat verborgen bestanden en mappen worden weergegeven.

Verwijder nu, in veilige modus dus, de volgende bestanden en mappen (voor zover nog aanwezig):

C:\Program Files\Altnet <- die map
C:\Program Files\Common files\SearchUpgrader <- die map
C:\WINDOWS\System32\P2P Networking <- die map

4. Herstart de pc in 'normale modus'.

5. Maak een nieuw log en plaats dat hier.

Eeerst nog wat opmerkingen.

Toen ik P2P Networking uit mijn software probeerde de verwijderen, kreeg ik de volgende melding:

U hebt onvoldoende machtigingen om P2P Networking uit de lijst met geinstalleerde programma's te verwijderen. Neem contact op met de systeembeheerder.

Toen drukte ik op OK (enige optie) maar toen was ie wel weg uit mijn lijst.

Ik heb intussen Emule gedownload en Limewire had ik al een tijdje. Zijn dat betere programma's voor filesharing?

Als ik dat laatste ga fixen, gaat het dan wel goed met mijn E-mailprogramma (Incredimail)?

Ik ga in ieder geval Limewire eraf halen en dan probeer ik het maar eens met E-Mule.

ok, dan ga ik het verwijderen.

Ik zal dit item nu als afgehandeld beschouwen en het een tijdje proberen. Mocht ik toch hetzelfde probleem krijgen, dan kom ik er wel weer op terug.
