Atlantis 1 - de verloren legende spelen op XP (patch nodig?!?)

Hoi allemaal,

Ik heb diverse fora afgespeurd om Atlantis 1 werkende te krijgen op xp. Ik speel de game via de compatibiliteitsmodus van XP maar loop na 5 minuten spelen op steeds dezelfde fout melding:
"The instruction at 002a651c referenced memory at fff04260 The memory could not be written"

Nu schijnt hier een patch voor te zijn. Kan iemand mij hiermee helpen, want het is en blijft een monsterlijke game!!!

Heee!

Nou ik was ook druk aan het zoeken! En heb het opgelost..

Je moet deze patch installeren op: http://www.filefront.com/907895/atl_v3.zip


En daarna het volgende doen (heb ik van een site afgehaald..)



This is a Patch for Windows XP as well as it has fixed my game using xp home edition .
This is of course for the the CD Version .
And What i did was Apply the Patch ( by dropping the contents ( Atlantis File ) into the Original Atlantis file on the harddrive .
Then Explore your disc, change the program compatibility mode of the Startup file to windows 95.

Also click on these boxes : Disable Visual Themes. / Turn off advanced text services. And the Game should work

The only flaw i have seen is characters can seem jittery still , yet not as much as before .

That being said if the game still hangs up at disk 2 : Consider doing the following : Copy all the contents of all 4 cds onto one file on your harddrive . Then Burn a data DVD with Nero Software or any other and combine all the contents of the file on the DVD .

When the game calls for CD 2 simply hit ( Enter ).
