Automatic Reply using Outlook Express
To create an automatic reply in Outlook Express, do the following:
1. Create a .TXT message with your message using Notepad, save to folder.
2. In Outlook Express, go to "tools", "message rules", "mail". Click on "new".
3. In the top box ("Select the conditions for your rule"), scroll down and check "for all messages".
4. In the next box ("Select the actions for your rule") scroll down and check "reply with message".
5. In the bottom box ("Rule Description") click on the blue underlined word "message".
6. Change "Files of Type" to ".txt" text message.
7. In "File Name" select the file you created with Notepad.
8. Leave your computer turned on and leave Outlook Express running, and automatic replies will be sent.
