Computer valt willekeurig uit

Lezers,

Ik onderzoek een probleem van iemand waarvan zijn computer willekeurig uitvalt.
Dit kan variëren van bijvoorbeeld elk uur tot een week lang geen problemen.
De computer geeft een blauw scherm, of het beeld + geluid blijft hangen.
De kans op een blauw scherm is ongeveer 1 op 10.

• Ik heb Memtest86+ 2x laten lopen, geeft goed resultaat.
• Ook heb ik 3DMark laten lopen om te kijken of de computer geen problemen heeft met prestaties, ook dit gaat goed.
• De computer wordt niet te heet.
• De voltages zijn zoals het hoort.
• Alle stekkertjes zitten op de juiste manier aangesloten.
• Herinstallatie van Windows heeft niet geholpen.
• Alle drivers zijn netjes geüpdate naar de laatste versies.
• Moederbord en BIOS geven geen foutmeldingen
• De computer is gecontroleerd door een gecertificeerd onderzoeker welke beweert dat er niets aan de hand is en alles goed werkt.

Geen van deze resultaten leveren iets op.

Ook de volgende selectie BSOD's leveren geen duidelijke informatie op:

Naar vermoeden zou 't met het moederbord te maken kunnen hebben.
Wie o wie kan er duidelijkheid brengen in deze zaak?

Lijkt mij een driver probleem, miss een stress test in veilige modus uitvoeren voor een duidelijker beeld

Ook zou fijn zijn te weten waneer dit is begonnen, of er nog een herstelpunt is van voor het probleem en welk OS er wordt gedraaid.

De drivers zijn prima, maakt niet uit of je de meegeleverde drivers of de nieuwste drivers installeert.
Het probleem bestaat eigenlijk al sinds dat de computer in elkaar is gezet, ongeveer een jaar geleden.

Zoals ik al zei bestaat het probleem ook na het opnieuw installeren van Windows, dus een herstelpunt zou niet de oplossing zijn.

De computer draait Windows 7 Professional x64

Mis het merk en type videokaart.
Welke versie bios wordt er gebruikt?

Staan geen rode kruizen in msinfo32, als die al mocht werken.

Maare, in veilige modus heb je wel of geen last van deze problemen?

En welke versie chipsetdriver gebruik je?

Videokaart is een MSI (NVIDIA) GTX560 Ti Hawk

De computer gebruikt de nieuwste drivers en de nieuwste BIOS.

Veilige modus gaan we niet proberen, want het probleem varieert van elk half uur tot elke week.

Ok, tis jouw feestje, alleen over de videokaart een antwoord, ik heb geen problemen hoor.
Nieuwe drivers wil niet zeggen "beter", de laatste nVidia zorgt voor veel problemen, een driver rollback is een optie.

Het loopt al sinds een jaar geleden. Dit heeft niets met de laatste driver te maken.

Gein, ligt nergens aan en toch heb je het.
Veilige modus geen problemen=driver, maar ja dat wil je niet testen.

We proberen te helpen maar elke optie sluit je bij voorbaat uit, succes verder ermee.
