Hallo,
Ik krijg bijna dagelijks een crashdump met de code:000007f. Na de dump sart pc zelf weer op en vraagt in welke modus ik wil opstarten.
Wat kan ik hier tegen doen?
W7 32 bits pc.
Hopelijk weet iemand een oplossing. Alvast bedankt.

Download en installeer bij Gigabyte het stuurprogramma voor de Realtek WLAN Wireless USB 2.0 Adapter.

Kijk of dat het probleem oplost.

Download evt. het Gigabyte Download Center om de drivers te downloaden.

Voorkom dat Windows Update het stuurprogramma bijwerkt.
Combineer [windowstoets & r] ➟ typ: control sysdm.cpl,,2 ➟ klik op "Instellingen voor stuurprogramma's op Windows Update'. Klik hier de optie: nooit stuurprogramma's downloaden wanneer ik een apparaat aansluit.

Hoi, dank voor je hulp.
Het downloaden via Gigabite lukt niet, ik heb de instelling wireless geselecteerd en dan vindt hij geen drivers.
Dus jouw tweede mogelijkheid gebruikt, maar die werkt in zijn geheel niet. Ik druk op de knop GO, maar er gebeurt vervolgens niets. Zowel gisteravond als nu net.

Verder heb ik het programma Driverdoc op mijn p.c. Deze laten draaien en deze geeft aan dat alle drivers OK zijn.

Om het Gigabyte download center te gebruiken moet je de op de blauwe tekst klikken waardoor het programma wel gedownload wordt.

OK. Eerst de door jou aangegeven tekst aangeklikt en daarna GO.
Vervolgens komt het bekende schermpje uitvoeren of opslaan. Ik kies voor uitvoeren. Er gebeurt, op het scherm, niets.
Na enige tijd wachten het herhaald en dan krijg ik de melding: Open driver failure!

Ik hoop dat je het niet vervelend vindt worden, maar deze herkent de Realtek WLAN Wireless USB 2.0 Adapter niet.
 
Ziet Gigabyte wel een stuurprogramma voor de Realtek WLAN USB NDIS Driver 36166?
Die kun je nemen.

Driver gevonden en de instelling voor update gewijzigd, zoals je dat hebt aanbevolen.
Nu maar afwachten of de crashdumps tot het verleden horen.
