door lasermuis computer soms 'flippen' hoe los ik dit op?

Sinds kort heb ik een Trust lasermuis. Deze muis functioneert prima alleen soms sluit de computer ineens af. Voordat de computer uitgaat krijg ik eerst een blauw scherm met verschillende voor mij onbekende gegevens. Wanneer ik de computer dan weer aanzet krijg ik een melding dat de computer hersteld is van een fout dat gekomen is door mijn muis.
Hoe komt dit en wat kan ik eraan doen?

Alle puntjes die er staan zijn woorden die ik niet heb kunnen lezen ivm de flits van de camera.
Ik zal ook nog wel even Trust zelf mailen over dit probleem.
