dvd brander kan niet branden

hallo ik heb een vraagje ik heb een dvd brander van hp elke keer als ik dvd wil branden met nero 8 geeft ie aan kon disk-at-once niet uitvoeren het was al een oudere brander dus heb ik er een overgezet omdat ik hoorde dat ie kapot kon zijn want hij brand wel cd
nu heb ik een philps brander er in gezet en heb het zelfde probleem geeft ie weer aan kan disk-at-once niet uitvoeren dit is ook een oudere brander die ook kapot kan zijn maar ik had ook iets gehoord van firm upgrade maar ik heb er geen verstand van wie kan mij helpen want ik weet nu echt niet of het aan de brander ligt of aan iets anders

Bij Philips is er een hogere firmware (1.72) dan die jij hebt, 1.51 + een sectie met veel gestelde vragen, kijk daar eens: Klik (je moet helemaal naar beneden scrollen, dáár staat je brander)
