Een mysterieuze virus

Hoi allemaal,

Ik heb via Avast een virus verwijderd genaamd WIn32: Rootkit-gen. Weet iemand misschien wat voor een virus dit is? Is ie zeer kwaardaardig of valt het mee.
Het vreemde is dat ik hem al een keer had verwijderd met Avast, maar nu zie ik diezelfde virus er weer op voor de 2e keer. Weet iemand misschien hoe dit komt en wat hier aan gedaan kan worden.

Mijn Pc wilde ook niet goed afsluiten omdat ik waarschijnlijk teveel virusprogramma's op mijn pc had. Heb er enkele laten verwijderen. Heb nu alleen Avast erop zitten als virusprogramma. AVG als anti-spyware programma. En Glary utilities als schoonmaker.
De Pc sluit nu xp wel goed af en blijft niet zo hangen als in het begin. Toch blijft de pc ergens hangen in een zwartbeeld. Weet iemand wat ik hieraan kan doen? Heeft het misschien met die virus te maken?

Wat kan ik doen om het probleem op te lossen? En hoe kan ik voorkomen dat het mijn systeem infecteerd?
