Error 1935

When i try to install a program in win 7, i mostly get the following:

Error 1935. An error occurred during the installation of assembly component
{98CB24AD-52FB-DB5F-A01F-C8B3B9A1E8E}
HRESULT= 0x80070424

I tried to use google to find an anwser to this problem but nothing worked.

I tried to install visual c++
But also this program could not install.

I tried to reinstall .net freamwork. Also didn't worked.


If someone has an idea about how i can solve this problem, pleas help me
