Excel file zipped ontvangenmaar zijn niet zipped verstuurd

Hoi,

Ik heb al een tijdje het probleem dat mijn collega mij .xls bestanden stuurt zonder te zippen maar ik krijg ze wel zipped binnen. Had het bij onze IT neergelegd maar die snapten er niks van. Het ligt niet aan de grote van h et bestand want hij zipt zelf bij een bestand 30kb. Erg vervelend als je 10 bestandjes ontvangt die allemaal gezipped zijn. Ik heb geen rare programmas geinstalleerd op de computer waardoor dit gebruikt. Instellingen in outlook 2003 heb ik nagekeken maar kom helaas ook niets tegen wat het kan verhelpen.

Heeft iemand misschien een idee?

Krijg je een melding dat het bestand is beschadigd of niet 100 procent is aangekomen. Meestal heeft dit te maken met de kwaliteit van je verbinding.
Best kans dat je er uit wordt gegooid terwijl een bestand nog wordt opgehaald. Wellicht is het beter om een download manager te installeren. Dergelijke programmatuur heeft gewoon een wat betere controle over het correct ophalen van bestanden.

Hoi,

Nee ik krijg geen meldingen. Ik denk dat je mij misschien niet helemaal heb begrepen. Ik open mijn mail in outlook(op werk) en zie dan 3 zip bestandjes staan. Deze zips open ik zonder problemen en vervolgens kan ik het excel bestandje ook zonder problemen openen. Een download manager heeft hier dus niks mee te maken. Dit is dus enkel bij mij. Dezelfde mail wordt naar een andere collega gestuurd en hij ziet meteen 3 excel bestandjes.

Oh oke, dan ligt het misschien voor de hand om de zip eraf te gooien en opnieuw te installeren.
Voor WINZIP en WINRAR moet je na een evaluatieperiode betalen.
Dus wellicht lig hier de oplossing. Ik heb voor je opgezocht. Lees maar eens door op je gemakje. Sommige dingen werken niet zoals wij willen. Laat eens weten of je hier wat aan had. Groet Manamana.

Helaas laat onze IT niet veel... wij kunnen helemaal niks installeren en verwijderen enzo. En evaluatie periode zal ook wel niks mee te maken hebben want ik heb gewoon een licensekey zie ik.

Dat dacht ik al is geblokt natuurlijk. Laat het balletje wel stuiteren he. Moet toch niet zo moeilijk voor een ITer.

Er zijn zat bedrijven die standaard alle uitgaande mail zippen om de grootte van de attachments te beperken.

Gevonden op een Engelstalige site, misschien kan jullie ICT-er er wat mee

When any Office 2007 attachment whether it is .docx, .xlsx, or etc is unwraps from OWA, then the user is always asked to save the document to any other place before they open it. Because when they open it, the default extension provided by the outlook to any of these file is .zip. When the user tries to change it to the correct extension before opening of these files, then the files opens correctly.This generally happen due to the Office 2007 in this MIME file types are not properly configured for the web server and the users browsers are unaware of how to open the files. If Internet Explorer is configured to open the files based on the file header, it always identifies it as a zip file, which is technically correct. You can fix it if you are holding the administrator account, by adding the Office 2007 file types to the MIME settings on the server computer. And change the setting on the user aide to open the file based on the extension not the header.

As the above mentioned it is correct but for that you have to make Internet Explorer has to open the files based on extension not on the content. For that you first the user needs to add the Outlook Web Application URL to the list that are trusted or that is secure even on the local intranet. And then the next step is to stop the option to open files based on the content. And to gain the best security, never enable this option in the Internet zone.

Dat snap ik maar de file is naar van 1 pc naar 2 emailadressen gestuurd. Van mij en een collega van mij. Bij hem is het niet gezipped en bij mij wel. Lijkt mij toch meer een instellingsfout op mijn PC.
