Even een vraag.Ik moet een sd kaart formateren naar FAT16. Weet iemand hoe ik dit moet doen?

Well, I usually use the dos command "Format" to do the job. Try the dos command as follows:

Format E: /FS:FAT16

(replce E: with drive letter of your SD card)

I am using the Winxp version of Format, but the command should be the same. If the fat16 command doesn't work try FAT.
