Formulier werkt niet

Voor mijn website heb ik reserveringsformulier gemaakt met html.
Vervolgens heb ik met behulp van deze website: http://www.pepermunt.net/website-maken/formulier-website.html
de pagina aangepast dat deze na invullen wordt verzonden naar mijn mail adres. Het werkte in het begin goed maar nu werkt het ineens niet meer. Ik krijg namelijk geen e-mail meer binnen als er op de knop verzenden is gedrukt.
Ik heb er totaal geen verstand van en ben nu al uren bezig geweest om te zoeken wat er fout is gegaan maar ik kom er niet uit. Ik wil gewoon een eenvoudig formulier waarop mensen een reservering door kunnen geven. Misschien dat iemand mij verder kan helpen.

Ik denk zo maar dat er niemand is die je hiermee kan helpen zonder inzage in de sourcecode.

Tel daar bij op dat de 2e link uit je post niet werkt en het drama is compleet.

Geen oplossing, maar....

Om te beginnen:
ik heb een paar adviezen maar geen oplossing (blijf a.u.b. lezen)

Ik heb geen oplossing voor je probleem vanwege twee redenen:

ik ben zelf geen PHP-expert
de code van je website is een zooitje en het is ouderwets.

Wanneer je een website in elkaar zet, hoor je toch een beetje verstand van HTML en CSS te hebben.
Ik denk dat je die niet (genoeg) hebt.
Je gebruikt zeer verouderde html (framesets, inline styling)
en je gebruikt het op de verkeerde manier. Je website barst van de echte fouten, waar je achter komt door elke html-pagina door de validator van W3C te halen. Wat overigens verrekte lastig gaat als je met framesets werkt; want je moet dan de afzonderlijke frames laten controleren.

Wat je ook niet gaat lukken: php-code laten werken in een html-pagina. Om PHP-code te laten werken, moeten je pagina's sowieso eindigen op de .php extensie.

Ik zou je dringend willen adviseren om over te stappen op een CMS.
Met Wordpress of Joomla kun je een website in elkaar zetten met kant en klare contact-formulieren.

Daarvoor moet je je wel realiseren dat ook het werken met een CMS niet van de ene op de andere dag foutloos zal gaan.
Maar je kunt dan wel gebruik maken van voorgebakken functies en de talloze widgets en plugins die er zijn.

Met je huidige html- en css-kennis ga je het echt niet redden. Harde maar reële waarheid.

tja bij eerste inzicht leek ik een pagina te zien

uw html was niet juist geformateert dus haalde ik mijn clean/format robot effen boven en die leek de html niet te snappen
dit door dat enkele stukken op niet juiste plaats staan
elke <x> sluit met </x>
een <x> <y></x></y> kan en mag niet in html standaard @see uw form start tag die niet in de body staat(dubbele html is dan al weg )
.
