De toepassing kan niet worden gestart omdat de configuratie naast elkaar onjuist is.

Als ik de melding zo lees lijkt het wel of de deinstallatie niet volledig is geweest.

na defragmentatie werkte alleen access niet
de rest van een officiele office 2010 nl plus wel

Here is the reply from Microsoft Corporation - it works!
The error you mentioned can be caused by a problem with the Visual C++ Redistributable files. Here’s what I’d like to do.
1. Go to your list of programs in Control Panel and uninstall ALL of the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable files listed.
2. Reinstall the Visual C++ Redistributable files from the list below. Please install the 32-bit packages first and then move onto the next steps (we may install the 64-bit packages later depending on what happens in the next steps).
3. Navigate to msaccess.exe (Office14 folder) and rename it to msaccess.old.
4. Launch Access either from the start menu or by double-clicking msaccess.exe (Don’t launch it via a pinned item on the taskbar). If Access launches successfully, we are done. If you still get the error, please go back to step 2 but install the 64-bit packages this time. Then follow steps 3 and 4 again.
