Foutmelding Exchange 2010

Goedemiddag,

Op onze server waar exchange op draait staat het volgende logboek rapport:

Error 17-1-2013 11:25:25 MSExchangeTransport 12014 TransportService
Microsoft Exchange could not find a certificate that contains the domain name mail.servernaam.net in the personal store on the local computer. Therefore, it is unable to support the STARTTLS SMTP verb for the connector 2Internet with a FQDN parameter of mail.servername.net. If the connector's FQDN is not specified, the computer's FQDN is used. Verify the connector configuration and the installed certificates to make sure that there is a certificate with a domain name for that FQDN. If this certificate exists, run Enable-ExchangeCertificate -Services SMTP to make sure that the Microsoft Exchange Transport service has access to the certificate key.

Dit heeft te maken met een certificaat begrijp ik.
Weet iemand hoe dit op te lossen is?

Als je op het eerste deel van de melding in Google zoekt ("Microsoft Exchange could not find a certificate that contains the domain name"), dan zie je een aantal mogelijkheden.

Eentje die wellicht van toepassing is bij jou (je geeft wel erg weinig informatie over de setup):

I suspect that you have two Send Connectors - and that you have one with the fqdn of mail.domain.net.

Verderop gaat het er dan over dat voor de andere Send Connector er geen certificaat is met de fqdn die dáár is ingesteld.

Oftewel: Je hebt geen "eigen" certificaat voor beide Send Connectors individueel danwel je gebruikt 1 certicaat, maar die geldt maar voor 1 van de 2 fqdn's, niet voor beiden.
