fysiek geheugen zelfs zonder veel actieve programmas erg hoog

hey allemaal ik zal eerst even omschrijven om wat voor laptop het gaat.

een HP 6820s met een 2,1 GHz core 2 duo processor en 4 gb RAM ik heb windows 7 ultimate x86

wanneer ik de gadet die processor gebruik en fysiek geheugen weergeeft aan zet gaat mn fysiek geheugen gebruik na t opstarten al snel naar 25 % terwijl mn processor snelheid maar p minimaal percentage hangt.

ik hbe een dj programma (SAM 4) en dat hapert en buffert ongelooflijk terwijl wanneer ik die draai er alleen msn bij aan heb en een spelletjes site.... Ter verelijking mn vriendin heeft een laptop met 2 GHz dual core procesor en kan er nog diverse dingen naast doen zonder problemen.

zij heeft ook de zelfde windows 7 versie en ook 4gb intern

ik heb ccleaner al gebruikt en opgeruimd, dat doe ik ook regelmatig dus is niet achterstallig, nod 32 scant ook sowieso wekelijks

iemand een idee waar ik zoeken moet?
