Hoi,

Ik heb een hele slome PC. Hoe kan ik die sneller maken? Ik heb heel wat geprobeerd (schijfopruiming, driverscanners, antispyware, etc.) Wat kan ik nog doen?

Zou je eerst eens de spec's van je pc willen vermelden?
Is ie altijd zo sloom geweest btw?.

Hij was voorheen wel wat sneller ja.
 
Met de spec's bedoel ik idd waar je systeem uit bestaat.
Nu weet ik alleen dat je xp draait.
Welke processor,geheugen....etc.
Hoelang staat xp er al op?Van een os is bekend dat die op den duur ook langzamer wordt.
Er draaien geen onnodige programma's op de achtergrond?
Ccleaner al eens gebruikt?
Welke antispyware gebruikt?

Everest doet het niet, daarom heb ik SIW gedownload. Maar dat is iets tè gesorteerd en aangezien ik een beeje Pc-leek ben weet ik niet wat nodig is voor u:

Das een oudje.....;)
Langzame processor en langzaam geheugen.Dit zal nooit een snel bakbeest worden als ik ff zo mag zeggen.
Een nieuwe instal wil wel eens wonderen doen maar om je daar nou aan toe te zetten?
Draai ccleaner eens....
 
Oké, dus hij is vrij oud. En zelfs áls ik de nieuwste drivers download functioneert hij niet sneller?

Indien drivers op orde zijn(geen uitroeptekens oid in apparaatbeheer)neen daar wordt ie niet sneller van....
Alles is deze pc is "langzaam".Bij de minste of geringste extra werkzaamheden zal die het niet aankunnen.Zoals gezegd:een os wordt op den duur ook langzamer en dat zal je op zo'n pc al eerder gaan merken.
 
Ccleaner is nog steeds bezig (er valt heel wat op te schonen dus). De PC hoort langzaam te zijn, want het is een oude. En wordt dus nooit meer snel. Dat is wat ik hieruit begrijp.

Defrag,cleaner,schijfopruiming etc etc
 
Euhmm,

Ik heb alles gedaan, behalve formatteren en defragmenteren. Ik was nl.bang dat ik alles kwijt zou raken. Ik heb geen goede instructies daarbij.

Je hebt nog niet gezegd welke antispyware je gebruikt hebt.
Wellicht kan je met deze 2 nog een scan doen.Just to be sure
 
En als je dan toch met CCleaner nog bezig bent, doe er direct even een register check overheen. Dit merk je bij oude bakmonsters (van vroeger) wel. Heb ik hier beneden ook gedaan.

Lijkt me dat ie die doet anders ben ik voor janxxx een link aan het geven.;)
 
Ah, dat soort linkjes volg ik nooit. Dacht dus dat het naar de downloadpagina van Ccleaner ging. Niet dus :eek::cool:

De pc doet het wel wát sneller, maar ik denk dat ik maar een nieuwe pc moet kopen.
