2. Herstart de pc in veilige modus.

Zorg ervoor dat verborgen bestanden en mappen worden weergegeven.
Hier kun je lezen hoe dat moet: http://users.telenet.be/marcvn/spyware/1117602.htm

Verwijder nu, in veilige modus dus, de volgende bestanden en mappen:

C:\windows\system32\mmgr32.exe <- dat bestand
C:\Program Files\MStart2Page <- die map

3. Herstart de pc in 'normale modus'.

4. Maak een nieuw log en plaats dat hier.

Wat voor melding kreeg je precies?

Deed je het wel in veilige modus?

na aktie delete stond er : kan geen mmgr32 niet verwijderen.De toegang is geweigerd.Controleer of de schuijf vol of tegen schrijven is beveiligd of dat het bestand momenteel in gebruikt i s.

Dat is vreemd. Dit bestand laat zich normaliter wel verwijderen.
Laten we het even met TheKillbox proberen:


1. Download en unzip TheKillbox, maar gebruik het nog niet: http://www.downloads.subratam.org/KillBox.zip

2. Scan met HijackThis en vink het volgende item aan:

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [OpenMstart] C:\windows\system32\mmgr32.exe

Sluit alle vensters behalve HijackThis zelf en klik op "Fix checked".

3. Start TheKillbox.

- Vul bij "Full Path of File to Delete" in: C:\windows\system32\mmgr32.exe

- Vink "Delete on Reboot" aan.

- Klik op de rode knop met het witte kruis.

Je moet nu de pc opnieuw opstarten. Als het goed is wordt het foute bestand dan verwijderd.

4. Maak een nieuw HijackThis-log en plaats dat hier.
