hotmail account gehackt niettegenstaande Nod 32 versie 6

Hallo,
mijn Hotmail account is gehackt, spam werd naar gans mijn adresboek verstuurd. Kan niet meer inloggen.
Antivirus Nod 32 Eset 6 is geïnstalleerd. Hoe kan het dan dat mijn mailbox toch gehackt wordt ?
Ik heb al verscheidene vragenlijsten gestuurd naar Microsoft, maar zonder resultaat. Kan nog niet inloggen. Weet iemand raad hoe ik mijn mailbox terug kan gebruiken aub ?

Wat er gebeurt zal zijn is, dat iemand zonder je pc aan te raken, gewoon achter de combinatie van gebruikersnaam en wachtwoord is gekomen. Indien je geluk hebt dan kan je proberen het wachtwoord te resetten.

Dank voor je berichtje, maar dat resetten lukt niet. Spijtig genoeg, want het was mijn belangrijkste mail adres
Weet je geen raad hoe ik het kan rechtzetten ?? Vraaglijst is naar microsoft al een paar keer gestuurd, maar ze antwoorden dat het niet voldoende is.
Daarbij vragen ze ook nog de cijfers van mijn creditcard ! niet normaal toch.. dat geef ik nooit

Ik vond even twee tips: een email sturen aan abuse@hotmail.com (moet je nog zelf uitzoeken of je dat wilt doen), en
