had hetzelfde probleem, maar dit werkte voor mij perfect!!
From the Control Panel choose Uninstall a Program and uninstall the listed HP Envy 5530 Basic Driver Software.
click both the Windows Logo and the R keys on your keyboard, the Run dialog appears.
Type Spool and click on OK.
Open the Drivers folder, then select the x64 folder if you have a 64-bit OS or the w32x86 if you have a 32-bit OS
Note: visit http://whatsmyos.com/ to find your OS type if needed.
Open the 3 folder, locate the HPBXPSRENDER.DLL file and rename it into HPBXPSRENDER.OLD
Reinstall the latest HP software:
