HP psc 2175 werkt niet. Help!

My all in one printer scanner copier hp psc 2175 can no longer print, copy or scan (also not when disconnected from pc).

By printing the message given is 'failed to print'
By coping the message given is 'warming up' followed by 'in conversation'
By scanning the message is 'the function you have requested cannot be performed because another programme has control over the device' .

I reinstalled the software, and a new driver (also runned it).
I disconnected and reconnected it to the pc.
I tried another USB port.
I recovered / reset the fabric settings.

What helps?

If the AIO printer gives the same problem when disconnected, the problem will be one of The printer it self, not the computer or the software.
This looks like a defect.

At what occasion did the problem first occur, what happend then?

(Ok in NL)
De printer doet het ook niet stand alone; geeft dezelfde melding: 'ben aan het opwarmen' en daarna 'in gesprek' .

ik dacht al waaron nu engels hier
ik zweten op een soort engels
maar goed ook in het nederlands is ie ws stuk
je hebt hem niet vervoerd ofzo, met een transportblokkade oid?

De vraag staat wel op opgelost.
wanneer AIO het ook niet doet wanneer hij loas van de pc staat, is het hoogst waarschijnlijk een defect.
Al geprobeerd om hem een tijdje (minuut) helemaal van de stroom af te halen?
Verder kan ik niets anders meer bedenken dan HP contacten, nog garantie?
