I have Virus or spyware hep >> ?

Hi, everybody,
I can have acces to internet pages, but I can not have acces specialy to the internet sites where I can scan my computer online, when ever I try to do it the page gets diverted to unnecessary popups and pages.I dont know is it a virus or adawares.
I dont have virus scanner installed on my PC.
I used useualy online scanners,what i have now diffecalties to have acces,becuase of automaticaly diversion to other sites.
I need your helps urgently plz .
