Jv16 power tools

Na het verwijderen van Norton2003 en de install van van nod32 krijg ik als ik jv16 power tools wil draaien de fout debug gr1.
Heb dit progje al verwijderd en opnieuw geinstalleerd ...helaas..


wie kent dit probleem of kan me helpen?

Might you be running some anti-virus or other software that protects the resident memory, like NOD32?
One of our customers reported that his AV-software's memory protection was causing strange malfunctions, which sound
very much like the ones you are experiencing.

Is er mogelijk een nod32 gebruiker die mij opweg kan helpen? een instelling verkeerd ofzo?

Well maybe you should disable the resident memory protection from the AV-software. You have to check the software's
documentation on how to do this, as we have no first hand experience with this software. You probably don't have
to disable it permanently, if you don't want to. Just for the times you use the Powertools.

Kan iemand mij uitleggen hoe dat te doen bij nod32
