koppelen pc w10 aan jbl koptelefoon

ik probeer mijn pc met windows 10 te koppelen aan mijn jbl koptelefoon. dat lukt me niet. Ik zet de koptelefoon in pairing mode (blauw lampje knippert) maar zie op mijn pc onder bluetooth en andere apparaten deze jbl koptelefoon niet terug. Wat kan ik doen?

Mijn desktop zoekt maar ziet mijn koptelefoon niet!

Staat het hier niet bij? Geen icon in het systeemvak? Handmatig toevoegen?

you have to open the bluetooth settings by searching in the taskbar if you have that option
> then you have to add it manually if it doesn't find it in the quick pair drop down. go to add bluetooth or other devices.

Je pc heeft wel bluetooth aan boord?
