Hallo,
Als ik mijn laptop aandoe krijg de Bootscherm (Packard Bell met 'F2 to enter setup') en na 6 seconden valt de laptop uit. Vervolgens reboot het valt het weer uit enz. Na enige keren uitvallen krijg ik de volgende scherm:
Windows Boot Manager.

This error can be caused by unplugging a removable storage device such as an external USB-drive while the device is in use, or by faulty hardware such as a hard drive or CD-ROM drive that is failing. Status: 0xc00000e9
info: an unexpected I/O error has occurred.
Enter=Continue ESC=Exit
Er zit nog een jaar garantie op en ben plan Maandag wehkamp op te bellen zodat ze hem kunnen halen. Maar nu is de helpdesk dicht dus vraag ik het jullie. Kan het opgelost worden zonder het terug te sturen?
