zoals onderwerp al aangeeft wil ik kijken wat mogelijkheden zijn om huidige laptop uit te breiden qua geheugen.
Gaat om een HP Compaq nx6310:
Memory
Standard 256-MB, 512-MB, 1024-MB or 2048-MB 533-MHz or 667-MHz* DDR2 SDRAM; two SODIMM slots supporting dual channel memory
Maximum Supports up to 4096-MB maximum (2048-MB 667-MHz SODIMM in slots 1 and 2; requires Intel 945GM Express Chipset)
Dual-channel Maximized dual-channel performance requires SODIMMs of the same size and speed in both memory slots.
* 667-MHz memory is supported at a maximum speed of 533 MHz by the Mobile Intel 940GML Express Chipset.
NOTE: Due to the non-industry standard nature of some third-party memory modules, we recommend HP branded memory to ensure compatibility. If you mix memory speeds, the system will perform at the lower memory speed. Above 3-GB, all memory may not be available due to system resource requirements.
Het lijkt mij dat je dus kunt upgraden naar max 1024-MB ? omdat anders andere randvoorwaarden gelden?
Even gekeken via kingston....1 of 2 GB. Wil wel even zeker weten dat 't kan
