Lexmark X5150

Mijn lexmark X5150 doet het niet meer.
In de display krijg ik een melding error 0502
Kan iemand mij vertellen hoe ik dit probleem kan oplossen?

Heeft te maken met de encoder strip. Oplossing onderstaande site. Hopelijk is je Engels goed.

Mijn engels is niet zo goed, wie kan dit in begrijpelijk Nederlands voor mij vertalen:
Place an index finger on the encoder strip on either side of the cartridge carrier.
On the back of the cartridge carrier, there is a small slot that the encoder strip fits into. Slightly push the encoder strip down and then back up to get it into the slot.
Lightly press the strip first to the rear and then forward, if necessary.
Clean the encoder strip with a dry tissue. Also clean the contacts of the printer.

Plaats de wijsvinger aan beide zijden van de cartridge drager (dus linker en rechter wijsvinger).
Aan de achterzijde van deze drager is een smal slot, waar de strip in past. druk nu,voorzichtig, de strip naar beneden en dan terug naar boven zodat de strip terug op zijn plaats zit.
Indien nodig, druk de strip even naar achter en terug naar voor.
Reinig de strip met een droge katoenen doek en reinig de contacten.

Dit zou het moeten zijn. Oh ja die strip is een bijna doorschijnende strip.

Hoi dit heeft te maken met de encord strip deze is vuil en je moet deze reinigen het is een rot klus ,,trouwens verderop perfect vertaald ook al is dit van 2005 de problemen blijven met bv lexmark succes
