Menu niet op alle pagina's te zien

Ik ben een website aan het maken,ik heb een index gemaakt...een menu...welkom en welkom 2 in Frontpage.
In menu heb ik een banner gemaakt met daaronder interactieve knoppen die doorgelinkt worden naar de juiste pagina.
Als ik in voorbeeld browser kijk zie ik dat het menu ook niet op alle pagina's staat hoe krijg ik dat gedaan?
Ik heb de pagina's toegevoegd.
 
Ik zie niets bijgevoegd, weet je zeker dat je het toegevoegd hebt?

Daarnaast, tenzij je de pagina bouwt in PHP, heb je het menu naar alle pagina's gekopieerd? Hij geeft alleen de huidige pagina weer, als daar geen menu in zit, dan zal hij het dus ook niet laten zien...
 
Ik had ze toegevoegd maar zie ze ook niet.
Ik heb toen een website voor mijn vriendin gemaakt en iemand had toen voor mij de code gemaakt met haar banner enz,maar die hoefde ik niet in alle pagina's te zetten.
Maar als ik die bij mij zet en de naam van de foto's enz veranderd dan lukt het niet.
