My ISP/IP/Gateway broken? Or my network doesn't work I don't know..

I don't know anything about these 3 things but my friend it could be something with that..

My connection is 800 kb/s (yeah cheap one my parents bought ;p)
and normally I downlaod with 165 kb/s

Now since I reinstalled Windows on our mainpc with the router (we have wireless network)

My internet on my room (2nd pc) is very slow..
It ''spikes'' from 0.00 kb/s to 160 kb/s and hangs around 30 kb/s A LOT..

I can't play games nor download properly so maybe one of you know how to help me?

Btw MSN does work normally.
