Q.: Nero came with my recorder. I bought another recorder, but Nero doesn't work with it. Why not?
A.: You have an OEM version that works only with the brand of recorder you bought. To use Nero with another recorder, you may purchase the full version for a small additional cost. Click here for details.
Note: When you order the update, you will need to have the serial number of your current version. If you don't know your serial number, this is how you can find it: click OK.
3. The Registry Editor window appears. In the data "tree" on the left, double-click the corresponding keys until you have opened the following full key: HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareaheadNero - Burning
1. Click the Windows Start button, then click Run.
2. Type the word "regedit" (without the quotes), then ROMinfo
4. In the box at right, double-click the name serial and write down your serial number.
