sinds vandaag heb ik een probleem met norton 2004 prof. Als ik de live update uitvoer dan krijg ik de volgende fout meldingen nl.:LU1812 en LU1806.
Ook verschijnt er een venstertje voor details,daar staat alleen:windows xp 5.1.2600 serv.pack en daar onder NAVNT 10.00.
Ik heb norton al 4 keer opnieuw ge-instaleerd maar blijf het probleem houden met de updates, downloads ze wel maar installeerd ze niet.
Heb al rond gesnuffeld op de link die daar bij staat maar daar word ik ook niet veel wijzer van.:( :( :( :(

op die sites ben ik al geweest maar zoals ik al zei...daar word ik niet veel wijzer van dar mijn engels niet zo goed is( niet opgelet op school:p )
Enkele adviezen aldaar heb ik wel uit gevoerd maar zonder resultaat:confused:
 
Heb deze error ook gehad en kreeg hem ook niet weg.
heb uiteindelijk maar een andere virusscanner geinstalleerd.
 
tja een andere virusscanner lijkt misschien wel een optie, ik open van ochtend norton en wat ziet mijn oog.... auto protect en email protect staan allebij uit,heel erg wazig omdat ik normaal nooit instellingen wijzig die goed staan en werken. Ik scan normaal elke byte die binnen komt handmatig en ad-aware word ook dagelijks gestart evenals norton.Veiligheid boven alles.

Ik wacht nog ff met het vernietigen van norton totdat er geen antwoorden meer komen.

Na wat rondzwerven kom ik jouw probleem regelmatig tegen, heb geen oplossing, mogelijk ligt toch de fout bij Symantec: 'fout'
