Outlook 2003 mist DLL

Hallo, sinds een aantal weken heb ik een DELL PC, met Win XP en Office 2003.
Outlook werkte perfect, zonder problemen. Nu heb ik de PST van mijn oude Outlook ingelezen, en heb daarbij gezien dat dit goed werkte. Echter, de volgende keer dat het systeem opnieuw opgestart werd, kreeg ik de melding:

Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook. MAPI32 DLL is corrupt or the wrong version. This could have been caused by installing other messaging software. Please reinstall Outlook.

Outlook wordt dus niet gestart.Als ik de CD van Office plaats om deze te herinstalleren, krijg ik de foutmelding dat dit niet kan, omdat het "packet" niet geopend kan worden, en ik contact met de systeembeheerder moet opnemen.:shocked:

Ik heb inmiddels de alle MAPI's vernieuwd, maar dit helpt niet. Systeembeheer gebruiken om terug te gaan naar de situatie voor de wijziging helpt ook niet.
Ik kan Win XP niet herinstalleren, omdat er bij nieuwe DELL's geen CD's worden meegeleverd.

Wat nu?

1)Quit Outlook.

2)Click Start, point to Find, and then click Files or Folders.

3)Type Mapi32.dll in the Named box.

4)In Look In, click to select My Computer, and click Find Now.

5)Right-click to select Mapi32.dll in the search results list.

6)Click Rename, type Mapi32.old, and press ENTER to accept the name change. If there are multiple copies of Mapi32.dll in the list, rename each.

7)Close the Find Files window and start Outlook.
When you start Outlook, it checks for the existence of necessary files.
In the case of Mapi32.dll, if it is not present at startup, Mapistub.dll is used. If for any reason Mapistub.dll cannot be found, Setup automatically attempts to replace both files.

NOTE: When you start Outlook and receive a prompt that files are missing, click "Yes" to allow Windows Installer to replace them.

dit heb ik inmiddels al gedaan, maar helaas, zonder dat er foutmeldingen bij het renamen kwamen, is er de foutmelding over de Mapi32.DLL nog steeds. En: ik heb ook nieuwe Mapi32.DLL gedownload, maar ook dat heeft niet geholpen.

Heb ik gedaan....mijn systeem maakt echter geen nieuwe DLL aan.....dus dit werkt niet.

Wat kan ik nog meer proberen?
