Outlook gives error and cant get accessed when i try to open

I am facing this problem with my Outlook application and i am confused how to deal with it. When i click and try to open my Outlook application it gives error stating outlook.pst unable to open and gives some hexadecimal number. I have all my mails and contacts in my Outlook. I am not worried about my mails but i need my contacts. They are really important.

As you mentioned that Microsoft Outlook gives an error message as Outlook.pst unable to open, it means PST file of Outlook might have got corrupted. PST is the file where Outlook stores its information. When it get corrupted it is advised to repair it if you need to access your mails. PST file gets corrupted due to reasons such as virus attack or improper termination of Outlook or when PST file reaches its maximum storage capacity. In such situations try to rapair PST file using Scanpst.exe (inbox repair tool provided by Microsoft).
If scanpst fails to repair your Outlook PST file then it is better to use a third party tool which can repair the PST file. This tool can get all your mails and can also recover contacts from Outlook.
