Hey Ik ben er weer..
EINDELIJK heb ik weer een normaal uitziende Vista,

Nu wil ik GTA IV wel eens spelen alleen ik kan geen "windows Service Pack 1" installeren?
De "update" doe het niet in "configuratiescherm" en ik heb SP1 gedownload alleen ik krijg een rare melding?

Melding:
"De versie van dit bestand is niet compatibel met de Windows-versie die word uitgevoerd.
Controleer de systeeminformatie van uw computer of u een x86-(32-bits) of x64- (64-bits) versie van het programma nodig hebt. Neem vervolgens contact op met de uitgever van de software.

OK

én als ik naar de map "update" ga in "configuratiescherm", en dan op update's zoeken klik kan hij geen updates vinden..

Kan iemand mij helpen deze problemen op te lossen?

Ik heb het volgende voor je gevonden maar heb het zelf niet geprobeerd, voor je dit doet zou ik wel een herstelpunt maken.

Windows update werkt niet meer, ik krijg steeds de melding code 80070424.
Hoe kan ik dit verhelpen ?

Voer alle commandos uit ook als CMD niet reageerd zorg wel dat je eerst op rechts klikt met je muis bij het openen van CMD bij "Alle programma's" dan staat er in het schermpje "als administrator uitvoeren" daar klik je op en je ziet CMD. Dan staat er "C:\Windows\System32>" en, etc alle stappen volgen.

Perform the following steps to reset the Windows Update component.

1. Stop the Background Intelligent Transfer Service and the Automatic Updates service. To do this, follow these steps:
a. Click Start/All Programs/Accessories. Right click 'Command Prompt' and select 'Run As Administrator'. Click 'Continue' on the UAC prompt.
b. At the command prompt, type the following commands, and then press ENTER after each command:

net stop wuauserv
net stop bits

2. Rename the "Catroot2" folder. To do this, follow these steps:
Type the following commands, and then press Enter after each command.

net stop cryptsvc
ren %systemroot%\System32\Catroot2 oldcatroot2
net start cryptsvc

3. Rename the "SoftwareDistribution" folder:
Type the following command, and then press Enter.

ren %systemroot%\SoftwareDistribution SoftwareDistribution.old

4. Register the files that are used by Windows Update and Microsoft Update. To do this, follow these steps:
a. At the command prompt, type the following commands, press ENTER after each command, and then click OK every time that you receive a verification message:

regsvr32 wuapi.dll
regsvr32 wuaueng.dll
regsvr32 wucltux.dll
regsvr32 wups2.dll
regsvr32 wups.dll
regsvr32 wuwebv.dll

5. Start the Background Intelligent Transfer Service, the Automatic Updates service, and the Event Log service. To do this, follow these steps:
a. At the command prompt, type the following commands, and then press ENTER after each command:

net start bits
net start wuauserv
net start Eventlog
exit

Het kan zijn dat nu je Updates in werking zijn laat het uitlopen tot 100% en start je pc opnieuw op.

Reboot the computer and try Windows Update again.

You would lose the updates history in Windows Update as a result of resetting those components.

Hoe dan? Ik heb SP1 gedownload via torrent.. o,0 en microsoft reageert niet altijd terug hoor

Als het nog niet goed is kun je dat doen, ik heb het voor je aangepast.
Dus laat het even weten.
Je kunt ook de oplossing van @telwat proberen.
