Problem with KPN Experia Box

hello everyone!
I just got the KPN Experia box and I have a problem. I have connected all the cables right but when i am trying to install it with the cd-rom the Internet lampe is never on. It says that there a problem with the connection with the modem but my internal modem is ok and i have tryed both wireless and with the ethernet cable i was given. Please if you have any idea!!!!!!!!!!!Please write in english if it is possible!PLEASE HELP!!:shocked:

First of all, shut down your modem.
Leave it for about 5 minutes, en put the power on again.
Wait until the leds are all burning. Restart your computer, and with a little luck ....
If so, now you can make your settings ( with the cable plugged in one of the lan connections) with your installation cd.
