Router geeft hacker Alert Message ?

Ik heb onlangs m'n ADSL Philips PSTN router zo ingesteld dat ie een e-mail stuurt bij pogingen tot toegang.
Nu heb ik o.a al 3 dozijn van de volgende meldingen ontvangen.

Your router has detected and protected you against an attempt to gain access to your network. This may have been an attempted hacker intrusion, or perhaps just your Internet Service Provider doing routine network maintenance.
Most of these network probes are nothing to be worried about - these types of random probes should NOT be reported, but you may want to report repeated intrusions attempts. Save this email for comparison with future alert messages.

Het zegt mij als leek niet veel maar als ik Whois check zijn deze meestal uit de VS (bvb.uit Murfreesboro in Texas met straatadres) en een enkele uit A'dam ?
Wat moet ik met deze meldingen en wat betekent dat juist ?

Als je je firewall in je router hebt geactiveerd, hoef je je weinig zorgen te maken.
Je router wordt wel duizend maal per dag geprobeerd op het openstaan van poorten
Het lastige is, dat de de optie geactiveerd hebt om jezelf een alert stuurt indien dat het geval is.
Dus die optie kun je beter uitschakelen in je router.
Je kunt als je wilt in het log van je router hetzelfde bekijken (als je er behoefte aan hebt).

Ow ...dan zal ik die optie maar terug uitvinken ,mijn Outlook staat nu bomvol.
De router firewall en alle beveiligingen staan aan.
