Dat weet ik helaas ook niet, maar ik vond zojuist iets op een Engelstalige site. Ik weet niet hoe goed jouw Engels is, maar probeer onderstaande maar eens, bij deze persoon was zijn probleem met versnelde video's hierdoor ook opgelost.

I had the same problem, but I found a way to fix it. It appears that the Soundmax driver doesn't support the 'standard' and the 'full' hardware acceleration settings when it plays Silverlight contents. All you need to do is to low the hardware acceleration settings to the base level (or at least, it worked for me that way).
To do so, enter in the directx settings with the command 'dxdiag' (type it in Start-> Run) then, on the 'Audio' menu, low the hardware acceleration to the base setting, or disable it, if needed. It should do the trick.
