Sitecom DC202v6 router problem with Chello internet

Problem: when connect throught sitecom DC202v6 router, internet will stop few seconds in every 5 to 10 mins.

but when directly connect to the modem, no stop anymore.

P.S. the router is new one, so ,then router would not have problem.

Anyone could kindly help ???? Thx a lot

There are many problems, with the Sitecom DC202v6 router, for example here in this thread.

So I do think that the problem is with the router.

You could check the configuration page of your router.

really dont understand wht host name what DNS ??? where to find , dont know dutch is really a problem 4 me

I think your router is the problem, that router is nearly '' famous '' for the problems.

If youu want to buy a new one, a Linksys or D-Link are good.

On the pages, you see wired and wireless routers from the 2 brands.

It's very nice we can help you here. Sadly the problem(or challange) for you is that this is a dutch forum. That means the language we use here is dutch. So please continue in dutch.

Het is heel mooi dat we je hier kunnen helpen. Jammer genoeg is voor jou het probleem(of de uitdaging) dat dit een nederlandstalig forum is. Dat betekent dat we hier nederlands als taal gebruiken. Dus graag in nederlands verdergaan.

I'm really sorry, but if you can't communicate in dutch we can't allow it.
Otherwise we should accept other languages too and we also don't.

Sorry, als je niet in nederlands kan schrijven dan kunnen we het niet toestaan.
Anders zouden we andere talen ook moeten accepteren en dat doen we ook niet.
