HELPMIJ a.u.b. Mijn ip adres is op een zwarte lijst geplaatst bij spamcop. Ik krijg nu op diverse forums het bericht dat ik niet verder kan want ik ben geblokt. Hoe kan dat nu? Ik heb een mailtje gestuurd naar spamcop en dit is hun respons.
Your servers are sending delayed bounces/challenge response mails/out
of office mails or other robotic mails in response
to forged spam. Many or all of these bounces were received by our
spamtraps.
Spamtraps are email addresses that do not exist and have never existed; they
do not send mail and they should never receive mail. Nearly 100% of the
spams and viruses now in circulation forge the "from" addresses and so these
bounce messages are going to email addresses which had nothing to do with
the original email.
This not only affects spamcop's traps & blacklist, but also normal users
everywhere - your
systems are no doubt sending out large volumes of these bounces to people
unrelated to messagaes being bounced.
I have delisted your IP this one time but future bounce autoresponders may
cause the IP to relist at a future time.
Some suggestions:
1) If you need more evidence of this problem, just check your own
postmastge/mailer-daemon account for double-bounces.
2) If you are going to reject mail, do it during the smtp conversation
with your mail gateway rather than sending a delayed bounce after the
message has already been queued.
3) If you must send delayed bounces or other robotic replies, do it from a
sacrificial lamb system, so that we may block it without blocking all your
more-legitimate mail.
4) Instead of sending bounces for invalid users, create a catch-all
account where mis-addressed mail lands. Assign a human being to sort
through that junk and decide what to do with it. I garantee 99% of it is
not worth bouncing. If you find accounts you do want to bounce, then do
it at the gateway.
Ik begrijp niet precies wat ik nu moet doen. Verder heb ik dus ook problemen met emailen. Ook daar krijg ik vaak het bericht dat ik dus op spamcop sta.
Bovenop deze ellende kreeg ik ook nog een melding dat ik mailtjes verstuur met een virus; Worm.SomeFool.P
Ik gebruik een legale Virusscanner, up-date elke dag en scan mijn pc ook iedere dag. Hoe kan dit nou?
