Currently, THPS 4 is confirmed for the following:

PS1
PS2
GameCube
X-Box
GameBoy Advance
Cellular Phone

No other versions have been announced, but there's a good chance of a PC version. However, there have been no details given for any other platform. Until anything is announced, only the aforementioned platforms will have THPS 4.
