Trojan-Dropper.Win32.Agent.bcw verwijderen

Als ik WoW opstart geeft het aan dat ik een Trojan-Dropper.Win32.Agent.bcw in mijn computer heb hoe kan ik dit verwijderen ik heb met Hitman Pro al gescant maar dat lukte niet. Norton Anti-Virus heeft zelf automatisch een voledige systeemscan gemaakt en vond ook niks. Wie kan me helpen?

Download eens Ewido Security Suite (AVG Antispyware) en laat daar je pc mee scannen:
http://www.ewido.net/en/download/

Laat het programma updaten, door op "update" te klikken.
Start Ewido Security Suite
Klik op "Scanner" --> "Complete System Scan" om het scannen te starten.
Als er een bestand gevonden wordt, zal er gevraagd worden om het bestand te verwijderen, klik dan op "OK".

Eventueel kun je een log van de scan bewaren, door na afloop op de knop "Save report" te klikken.

Als ik op updaten klik komt er te staan error en dan nog iets dus scan ik gewoon maar, en als er een bestand word gevonden vraagt hij niks...

Als het updaten niet lukt, download dan dit bestand ( directe download ) en sluit AVG Anti-Spyware ( Ewido ) even af en dubbelklik op dat gedownloade bestand, nu wordt je AVG Anti-Spyware handmatig bijgewerkt met de laatste definitions.
Daarna AVG Anti-Spyware weer starten en een volledige scan uitvoeren.

Ik heb voledige systeemscan gedaan en hij vond 135 files ik heb ze op delete gezet en apply gedaan moest ik ze op delete on reboot zetten? World of Warcraft geeft nog steeds aan dat er een Trojan-Dropper.Win32.Agent.bcw op mijn computer is .

Je hebt gelijk, sorry, ik had de link naar de afbeelding gekopierd en niet de link naar het bestand achter de afbeelding. Goede = klik.

Doe nog eens een volledige scan maar dan in de Veilige modus.
Je moet dus eerst opstarten in de Veilige modus.

PS: Kaspersky online scan lukt niet omdat er dan een schermpje komt dan zit ie zeg ma vast:shocked:

Trojan Remover is een goed programma net als TrojanHunter 4.

Je kan van van deze 2 programma's de probeerversie ( trial / trial version ) downloaden, installeren en daarmee scannen maar ik zou eerst in de Veilige modus scannen met AVG Anti-Spyware ( zie mijn vorige bericht ).

De online scan van Kaspersky is natuurlijk prima, maar er zijn betere programma's voor trojans, die daar gespecialiseerd in zijn.

Omdat er nooit gebruik is gemaakt van de automatische update of de update binnen het programma maar je hebt wel ge-update via een los bestand vanaf de Ewido-website.

Doe nu maar een volledige scan in de Veilige modus ( zie vorige berichten van mij ).

Ik had mijn computer normaal opgestart en toen kwam er van AVG anti-spyware een bericht dat hij de trojan gevonden had ik heb het verwijderd allemaal bedankt voor jullie hulp!:thumb:
