Goedemiddag Helpmij community,

Sinds twee dagen hebben wij opeens geen internetconnectie meer op onze computer. Het gaat om een pc die alleen verbonden is met onze router met een (werkende, dit is al getest) ethernet kabel. Bij Network en Sharing Center staat er onder 'Active Networks' een Unidentified Network, waarmee we geen internet meer ontvangen.

Ik heb de afgelopen dagen honderden soortgelijke (inter)nationale forumposts bekeken en geen enkele oplossing lijkt voor ons te helpen. De router doet het, we hebben gewoon wifi internet, de netwerk adapter drivers zijn up to date en verder hebben we allerlei dingen in de command prompt geprobeerd met IP renewal etc. Niets lijkt te helpen! Sommige fora zeggen dat het komt door software van McAfee, maar dat hebben wij er niet op draaien.

Is er iemand die ons zou kunnen helpen met het oplossen van dit probleem?

Bovenstaande vetgedrukte regel geeft aan dat het ipadres van je router niet gevonden kan worden. Er staat dus een instelling fout in je router die je provider moet oplossen.
