unmountable boot volume

krijg ook herhaaldelijk hey blauwe scherm met :unmountable boot volume:en als ik dan xp schijf erin doe en r , word er gevraagd :bij welke windows ins. wilt u aanmelden???wat moet ik daar nou intypen????
was van plan om de uitleg (hier verderop) te doen nl.chkdsk/p. maar ik kom niet verder als hierboven.
wie o wie weet hier antwoord op?????
